This nice apartment is located in the urbanization of Fuentes de la Duquesa, located on top of a hill just above the prestigious La Duquesa golf course. The area has gardens, video surveillance and a large communal pool.

The apartment is perfect for golfers, as well as La Duquesa golf, there are a variety of golf courses within a 10-30 minute drive. If you are not interested in golf, it is still a very nice apartment with nice views, close to beach and other activities.

The apartment consists of a living room with exit to the terrace which overlooks the sea and golf courses. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms. It has air conditioning, garage.

There is a lot to see and experience in the surroundings here. Popular Puerto de la Duquesa, considered to be one of  best marinas at Costa del Sol is located below the hill where you live. In the marina you can book boat and fishing trips or just enjoy the wide range of restaurants and bars. Just next to Puerto de la Duquesa you will find the charming Spanish village San Luis de Sabinillas which has a very nice promenade lined with bars and restaurants.Here you will also find everything you may need in the form of food stores, shops, banks and pharmacies. In Sabinillas you can also visit a traditional market every Sunday morning and every Friday there is a smaller market at the boardwalk. If you head south / west you will soon come to Torreguadiaro which has many great tapas restaurants and a nice beach. Also be sure to visit the exclusive Sotogrande which is right next to Torreguadiaro.

If you want to play golf, there are a wide range of golf courses nearby, such as Finca Cortesin, ranked as the top 5 of golf courses in Spain according to Golf World Magazine.There are of course great opportunities to practice a variety of water sports such as kite surfing, surfing, paddleboarding, sailing, kayaking. If you like beaches, this stretch of coastline is the right place, there are a variety of beaches to discover here ranging from elongated natural beaches to well-kept beaches with sun loungers parasols and chiringuitos (beach restaurants). For the hiking enthusiasts there are great opportunities, especially in the mountains you will find many routes with nice nature experiences and panoramic views. If you rent a car, do not miss visiting the amazing old mountain town of Casares (20 minutes from Sabinillas). Up in the mountains you can easily find a genuine Spanish restaurant where the locals often have their long Sunday lunches.
